A tragic scenario is playing out after the recent house fire in the US that killed two people, according to an Associated Press report.

The Hamtramck ham - tram - is the poorest ZIP code in Michigan and is also home to the largest Bangladeshi-American population in the United States. Forty-four percent of the population was born in Bangladesh, making it one of the most ethnically diverse zip codes in America. Many Bangladeshis and Americans have moved to Ham from the east side in recent years due to its proximity to Detroit and its high population density.
